JUMPWARE Secure Access Management

Administration - The following screen displays the main JUMPWARE functions that an authorized user can access from any POS station or the back-office computer. Buttons in the red section (upper right) allow you to change the access level and configure access privileges for you and all of your employees.  Furthermore, JUMPWARE logs access enabling you to track system usage by your employees and address any security issues that may arise.  Example screens below. 

Password Setup - JUMPWARE allows you to set up secure access by using password(s) or by using an electronic key for each employee. The example below shows access setup by job position.  However, each employee can have her or his own individual login for maximum security.   

Secure Access Setup - Using the screen below, JUMPWARE lets you configure each employee's access simply by checking the applications the employee will need to use. Unchecked applications will be inaccessible to this employee. 

Login  - Once secure access is configured using the screen above, JUMPWARE will automatically prompt each employee for access level and password(s) before allowing the employee to use the system.  Alternatively, the employee can login using an electronic key.
